NSCR Family Law Advocate Program

Tense Couple with Legal Advocate

Are you in need of legal information, referrals, or legal advice for family law related issues?

Our Family Law Advocate Program provides assistance to low-income clients on issues such as parenting time, child and spousal support, simple divorces and child protection matters. Our Family Law Advocate will work with you to understand your legal problems and find solutions.

Clients at any income level are entitled to two hours of services. However, for anyone requiring more than two hours of service, you will be required to meet our low income eligibility guidelines.

If you would like to meet with our Family Law Advocate, please fill out and submit this form.

Welcoming, informed, empathetic, concerned, committed to helping.
